Full functions list of the AntiFreeze.NET:

  • Ping Monitor allows you to collect pings statistics to know exactly when and what level of packet losses it was, what was (or is) RTT (round-trip packet time) to specified server and so on. Essential function for connection quality control and failure time analysis. Unlinke the system ping command, Ping Monitor is used not to check connection once, but to monitor it all the time.
  • Routing table displays current routing table of your PC. Allows you to determine where packet on route to the specified IP-address will go at first place (the first hop). May be useful when setting up VPN or any other work with network routes.
  • Trace route. Route tracing allows you to determine all set and order of hosts, which will be on the route from your PC to specified server. This function also allows you to track time spent to pass each host and connection quality between them. Unlike the system tracert command there is handy graphical display of route and additional information.
  • Port check allows you to check accessibility of any TCP port of your (or any other) computer from Internet-side. Useful when setting up port mapping through NAT.
  • Connection Watcher shows all opened sockets (listening and established connections) and can warn you if something unusual appear.
  • Get external IP allows you to determine external (from Internet-side) IP address of your PC. Useful, if you're connected to the Internet through NAT or you have dynamic IP address.

  • Host info - powerful tool allows you to get any DNS information for any server and its WhoIs data in a few mouse clicks. Very useful when configuring DNS and in informational purpose. AntiFreeze.NET uses its own system-independent DNS requests implementation, so it's not affected by the system DNS cache.
  • Network info prints full information for all network interfaces of your PC which are currently up. Useful in troubleshooting and configuration.
